Can't access menu items in Web Service

Hi,

When I try to access context menu items such as test info and quick log nothing happens.

I saw that I get 404 error for these, for example:
ws2/tsinfo.htm?tid=2663&ts=1407158125396 404 (Not Found)
ws2/tsinfo.htm?tid=2683&ts=1407158261896 404 (Not Found)

Using version 9.90, and Web Service 4.10

looks like you are accessing Web Service using URL like http://<yourHost>/ws2/
Please use URL without ws2:
http://<yourHost>
