Yes, this timeout is specified on RCC side.
Could you please read my previous answer? There is link that shows you where exactly this timeout can be specified.

As mentioned before, I checked it direct on the server, Hm is running as service so there I don't such a windows with the RCC settings.

But I havn't a problem, when I get a timeout in the script manager, the test it self is working fine.

HostMonitor and RCC - 2 different applications.
hostmon.exe - HostMonitor
rcc.exe - RCC (Remote Control Console)
I am talking about RCC application. Please start RCC and you will see that window right away.
