7.46 utilising over 50% CPU time when performing a few (5-10) SNMP tests.The reply is TIMEOUT. Running over a new fresh XP service pack 2 instalation.Firewalls and antivirus stopped. RCI and webservice running.

We cannot reproduce the problem. Actually SNMP tests never caused such problem.
What other tests do you use? Actions? Do you use ODBC Query test or ODBC logging?
Could you please send your settings for testing to support@ks-soft.net?
We need .HML file with tests plus all *.LST and *.INI files
