This might be pretty simple but I was having trouble trying to create a custome alert using advanced mode to generate an email alert when a device is down and alerts the person ONLY when the devices comes back ALIVE.
For example: Router1 goes down (alerts user) then when Router1 comes ALIVE (alert user)
I couldn't find a standard alert to do something like that. We already have an alert to send an email if the device goes down but not when it comes ALIVE after being down (and just one alert when it comes alive not several)
Simply add standard action into "good" section of the profile (action that looks exactly like "bad" one that you already created, just use "Add" button on right side of "Action profiles" dialog).
