Post by yasin.cakmak@envers.de »

Hi all,

here my problem(s). :(

Performance Counter Tests.
1st: RMA: 301 could not find specified object in system/
2nd: RMA 301 could not find specified perf. counter.(Indicator)
System where Host-Monitor is running: Windows Server 2003 SE SP2
HM-Version 8.28 / RMA Manager 3.09/

System getting informations from: Windows Server 2003 R2 SE SP2
Active RMA Version 4.00/

Problem 1: Host-Monitor shows status unknown:Test Performance pyhsical Drive\ time in %.
Problem : Host-Monitor shows status unknown : Test Performance counter available Memory (MB).

A few days ago there where !"no"! problems with the test. Suddenly the status changed and Host-Monitor shows the errors.
Other tests are working fine. For example CPU usage, available disk space, services, traffic.

Thankx for your help.

Looks like somebody disabled performance DLLs on target system.
Microsoft provides "Extensible Counter List" utility. This utility displays list of DLLs that are used to support Performance Counters, using the utility you may disable/enable specific DLLs.
