We receive a lot of "RMA not connected" notifications at the same time during instable VPN) from one single agent. Is there a way to catch the status of the RMA and prevent from sending "RMA not connected" Mails?
You may disable "Tread Unknown status as Bad" test property.
If you want to start some special action in such case, you may use "advanced mode" action and expression like ('%Status%'=='Unknown') and (%Recurrences%==1)
