Error: Unsupported RCI version

I am having an error "Error: Unsupport RCI version, pleasse download the latest version of WebService."

I read another post of a few other having the same issue, but I may be a little different. I just install version 8.60 of Host Monitor and I have Version 3.30 of the web service. That looks like the newest version, but it is dated 12/21/2008. Is there any way I can get a new version?

Is there anything else I need to do?

Advanced Host Monitor 8.60 includes Web Service 3.60.
If Web Service was not updated for some reason (e.g. you have installed web service on different system) then you should start installation program on that system, choose "Update/Repair" mode then use "Custom" installation mode to install Web Service only.

The web service is installed on the same machine as the main program. I just did a re-install of just the web service and now it works. My guess is I didn't close it during the install and it didn't update it.

Its possible but in such case installation program should show error message
