Action type - send email

we have an Action type : send e-mail at bad results.
but HostMonitor also sends Mails when the status is unkown.

Test : Removable Storage on xxxx -- Service must be STOPED
Method: check service
Status : Unknown
Date : 02.12.2009 03:04:19

is this normal?

If "Treat Unknown status as Bad" option enabled, HostMonitor will trigger "Bad" action profile when test will get "Unknown" Status. This option is located on "Optional status processing" section of "Test properties" dialog.
