no answer as NOT BAD

hi there
just a simple question

how can i tune up my reply : no answer as noanswer
now i get a BAD as no answer.

to explain :
i have a printer that sometimes is shutdown ! but that is not a failure and not bad.

can some one please explain how to fix this ?

Sounds like you don't need this test at all.

May be you need to change "Bad" status to "Normal" or "Warning" just in some cases? Could you please tell us what exactly do you need? Monitor printer status, collect "bad" and "good" statistics but do not start any actions? Then simple set "Do nothing" alert profile.

i fixed it by :
Use Waring status if ("%Status%"=="No answer")
