New Web Interface

Post by oakyuz »

Hi

I am trying new web interface of HM v9.80 beta on Windows 2008 R2.

The browser I am using is Firefox 24.0.

I would like to ask about useful buttons Stop Alerts, Stop Monitor, ... Are they removed or somewhere that I cant see in the new web interface?

Regards,

We though nobody needs it and removed in new version.
If you need, we can add this function in new interface as well.

Hi Alex

We need to temporarily disable alerts when we make some maintenance work, like reboot a machine, manually stop a service, etc. During this maintenance, I do not want the users to get alert mails, making them think some bad situation occurs.

The web interface is always open in my front, and it is very practical to stop alerts in the web interface and start after maintenance. Otherwise, I have to make RDP to HM server, open RCC, disable alerts, and so on.

Therefore, if possible, please restore these buttons.

Thanks for the so much better web interface.
