Hello KS-soft,
So i want to Citrix ICA service in one of my serverd, the problem is it keep resulting failure if i test with TCP/UDP test for port 1494 and 2598 to test the service. I have seen other thread say we can use script or CPU usage, or service test but i can't decide which one is the bestr solution.
Do you have the best and accurate idea to the Citrix ICA service with Hostmonitor?
thanks

TCP test should work for any TCP server.
If Citrix ICA service uses incoming TCP ports 1494 and 2598 and no firewall blocks connection between HostMonitor/RMA and Citrix ICA service, TCP test with default settings should return "Host is alive" status.
Could you please check what TCP ports are listening Citrix ICA service?
You may use command like netstat -a -b
You may use TCP test or Service test.
TCP test is more "lightweight" and does not require authentication.
