Remotely connection

Hello!
I have a server, wich has HostMonitor on it. Remotely connection to this server is possible via web interface or spercial RCC software. Both ways are set up indeticaly, but have different access ports. Web interface works correctly, but when I try to connect via RCC, an error appears. An error "HostMonitor response: Authorization failed. Unacceptable IP address * my IP address *".
What could be the problem? Help, please.

Please use HostMonitor menu User -> Operators; add external IP into "accept remote connections from" list.

So it was set up. But it does not work...

RCC shows the same error "HostMonitor response: Authorization failed. Unacceptable IP address * my IP address *"?

Probably you added wrong IP into list? Note: routers/firewalls in both networks (RCC network and HostMonitor network) may translate external addresses...

May we see your settings?
Have you tried 0.0.0.0 address?

You should add your IP, 192.168.0.29 to "Accept remote connections from" list. You entered mistakenly your server IP, 192.168.0.197 to this list.
