Win32 Service and RCC

Post by johnm »

Hi,
I am running v9.58.
I have HM configured as a Windows service.
To monitor and control, I run the RCC client.

Problem: RCC does not allow right-clicking and viewing full log statistics for "a" test or "any" test.

If it is NOT recommended to run more than one HM instance, then what is your recommended practice to view full log stats?

Do you mean "Log Analyzer" menu item is disabled when right mouse click on test item using RCC?
Please check if LogsMan.exe file is present in HostMonitor/RCC folder.

Yes thanks. I was visiting a different planet for awhile but I'm back now.

Much appreciated. :)

I'll ask this here because it is somewhat related.

When running Log Analyzer remotely, what is the proper setup to avoid the error that "holidays.lst" is missing and to be able to view the Syslog entries?

Thanks.
