RCI Status

Has the RCI status been removed? How can I tell who and disconnect users who are logged in through RCC? we have 10 user license and routinely I have users that don't disconnect and are taking up a license that I would like to know who and be able to disconnect.

RCI Status is available only in HostMonitor menu View (not RCC).

so that means it is useless? when running hostmon on 2008 you cannot run the app while the service is running so it will disconnect all users before I can look

what is the option

Can we get it on the wish list to see this from the RCC? or is there a manual way to run it? without stop service first?
