Alert for when a file is changed in a folder

Need to create a monitor for a folder to send an alert any time a file is changed or added. Not sure if %NewestFile% has this option

You may setup Folder/File Availability test using %NewestFile% variable or use Count File test method with "Count files newer than N min" option
