License problem with 8.50 beta.

Post by Dubolomov »

Hi.
I upgraded 8.36 beta with new 8.50 beta version of HM today. But after HM starts it has a warning window that my license is only valid for an older version.
I got enterprise license and additional "100 RMA + LifeTime updates".
How can i fix this problem?

Normally HostMonitor should check your registration codes and warn you when you need new codes BEFORE actual update, unless you have disabled "Update check" option that is located on Misc page in the Options dialog. In such case you may use menu Help->Update check to verify license before update.

We will not publish your registration codes on the forum so please send e-mail request to sales@ks-soft.net
Please provide your order number and/or registration name.

Regards
Alex

Does HM can check updates through proxy server? Security policy in our company doesn't permit any connections from inside network directly to the internet.

If you setup correct settings on Options dialog then yes (see options located on "Connection/Access method" page in the Options dialog).

Or just click menu Help->Update check and see if it works.
