Hi,
Unsure if this has hit the wish list before but if not what a great idea!!!
It would massively cut down on administration and encourage widespread use of the package.
Many Thanks

RADIUS and/or Microsoft ADS integration for user profiles
Actually you are right, this request was more a flash reaction after another couple of hours manually adding users to a system in yet another console.
....if memory serves me correct I thought LDAP was going to become an extensible user management / address schema that would apply accross multiple systems. Anyway...
I think that the Jabber /IM request is a much better idea.

Keep up the great work!

using LDAP or AD to replace operators
Exactly that is what I am looking for...Do you mean HostMonitor should use ADS list of users instead of its own list of operators?
Is there (or will there be) a posibility which allows to integrate an existing user construct like LDAP into the tool?

Version 7.. uhmmmm we are almost there
Radius (IAS) would be a good idea, also if you map HostMon Permissions to Groups.
This way if a user is part of those groups in AD, IAS will read them and apply to the user login in.
Just a thought but it would a good to use RADIUS protocol for Web/HostMon Authentication.
Cheers,
