Sorry a bit long -This amazing product has completely rejuvenated myself and the rest of my team by allowing us all to sleep while it takes care of all of the tasks that we would do manually. And now it has reached my personal life by helping me secure two tickets to the World Series. This WS's traffic killed tickets.com during the opening day of sales. No, I didn't get tickets the first day. I used HM to monitor the 3 pages for each Giant's home games. When any page no longer contained "no seats available" it sent an email/sms to me. I quickly went to the site and secured two tickets to game 5. Thanks HM
