When I use the "check service for response method" on a particular 3'rd party program. I get invalid state 0 , error code 7016 on the event viewer.

It doesn't seem to fail but fills up the error log.

Any ideas ?

It seems Microsoft admits to spikes UPTO 100% but not exceeding it.

My servers are all on US patches so that should not affect me.

Just to let you know. I don't seem to have odd figures on perfmon. However I can send you the logs or screenshot of hostmonitor exceeding 100%

The server being monitored and the server were hostmonitor is installed are both on NT4 Sp6

Ok I'm now at 3.22 and still having greater that 100% utilization !! It's at 119% right now

Simple monitorintg of dual 1.8g CPU (Dell Poweredge 2500 Servers) shows greater than a 100% utilization .. i.e. 128%, 132%..etc.

I have 3.19 version of Hostmonitor.

Any ideas ?
