CPU Utilization
I believe this problem was solved in HostMonitor 3.22. Latest version available at http://www.ks-soft.net/hostmon.eng/downpage.htm

I have the same problem on DELL servers : one 2650 2xP4 1.8 Xeon (SQL 7.0, NT4 SP6a), one 4400 2xP3 667 Xeon (IIS 4.0, NT4 SP6a), one 2500 2xP3 933 (IIS 4.0, NT4 SP6a).
On other Dual processors (two 4400 2xP3 800, one 2550 2xP3 1000, one 4300 2xP3 450, one 4300 2xP2 450 and one 2200 2xP2 333) with same softs (IIS or/and SQL) but I never see any problem on them.
When I monitor CPU usage with perfmon (NT tool) I see almost same results as HostMonitor (every version) on the 3 servers.
Oh, all my NT servers are in French version (as my english).

H'm... I have checked code, everything looks correctly. HostMonitor 3.19 (and previous versions) displayed wrong CPU Usage value on multiproccessor systems under Windows 2000/XP. On Windows NT 4.0 even HostMonitor 3.19 must work correctly.
So, HostMonitor and Perfmon display wrong value. What value at the same time displays Task Manager? in 2 times less? or just complette different value? Could you please send screen shot of Perfmon on system where it displays wrong value?
