"UserList removed or damaged! All operations restricted!"
I'm getting this error when using the RCC client when attempting to make a change to a monitor. The monitor I am trying to cahnge has an error reading
"RMA: 301 - A specified logon session does not exist. It may have already been terminated"
This error is for UNC checks
I am also getting the error in the RCC for tests running a Ping. The error message is:
"RMA: 301 - Access is denied"
Any idea what would cause the UserList error as well as the other two 301 errors? This is a recent event. All monitors were running well prior to the upgrade to the 1.08 RCC and the 3.15 RMA.
