number of agents configurable

Hi,

I tried to install and configure HM to monitor one of our customers. We have installed HM Server on one machine and then installed RMA agents on others machines, but when I tried to add the individual agents from the HM Server it says that "the limit for number of agents is 10". Is this a limitation with HM? How can we overcome this?

Please help.

Limits depend on your license. E.g. Enterprise license allows you to install HostMonitor on 1 system and install agent on 10 systems.

Yeah, we have purchased Enterprise license. Is there any way that we can overcome it? Otherwise the only other option we have is to order some more RMA licenses.

If you want to install more agents, you need to buy more licenses.

Yes, you can.

Different ways.. E.g. you can monitor file that should be updated on regular intervals (log or report file) using "File/Folder availability" test method. If file is older then N min, start alert.
