Monitoring stop working

I have on trial run test. The installation is fine and testing is fine. However after a few recurrence test. The program is stopped working. I need to close and restart the program again. Why? Please advice. Thanks

Could you please explain what means "stopped working"? HM stops perform tests? Or it still performs tests but displays wrong statuses? Or something else?

The status is kept 'Checking'.

I am testing the URL outside the firewall. The status firstly show the Checking and going to no answer. However it is fine on the first 20 minutes and the site is working fine. Thx.

What version of Windows and Internet Explorer do you use?
I think reason to this problem some bug in wininet.dll (e.g. resource leakage). Now HostMonitor uses wininet.dll (part of Internet Explorer) to perform URL tests. It works correctly on 99% of systems but has problems on some systems. Soon will be implemented new HTTP test that will work independently of IE.
