Spyware check database shows hostmonitor has the Radiate Aureate spyware program inside it.

Is this true?

If so, don't you think having spy ware running on a server based system with access to low level functions a security risk??

Why do you have this code in your program and what do you do with the information?

Absolutely no. Our code does not contain any spyware. We use Borland compilers (C++ & Delphi), I think Borland cannot include spycode into executable module as well.
HostMonitor 3.xx uses one library from nsoftware (www.nsoftware.com). We don't have source code of this library but I believe NSoftware works correctly as a lot well known companies use their library (http://www.nsoftware.com/clients.asp) (BTW: the same I can say about HostMonitor)

It is listed as Host Monitor so maybe there is confustion there. I suggest you also follow up at:

You are right. There are another "Host Monitor", I didn't know about it (our "HostMonitor" without space, just one word).
We try to register our TM, but this is long process.
