Probably you start HostMonitor service using some user account (Service Properties dialog in standard "Services" utility) and specify administrators account on Service page in the Options dialog. If I am right, start "Services" utility and change account back to "Local System account"

When running as a service you need two privilegs:

1. Logon as a service
2. Act as part of the operating system (due to HM's way of running as a service).

Thanks - I have changed it back to local system account and changed the service option to domianadministrator.
