I run HM with one profile which monitors another HM server. If for any reason the primary HM service stops and can't be restarted within 4 minutes the second HM server load the main HML file. When this tries to happen HM crashes with popup that it created a log file. Where is this log file and what may be happening?

wchildress,
Could you please post information about your problem in one topic using the same username? Because I am completelly confused, I see 3-4 different topics and I thought its different people have different problems. Now I checked ip address of sender and see all these messages are yours.
Ok, what do we have? In one message you said HM does not start as service. In another message you said it starts but second copy of HM on another system crashes when try to load HML file? So, I am confused again. And how do you make second instance of HostMonitor to load HML file? Using HMScript? Also, what version of HM do you use? And what Windows version?
I think its better remove rest of your topics and continue discussion here
Regards
Alex

Ok, I'll clarify - sorry will be a little long.
Hostmonitor1 - W2k Server HM V 3.44 - primary HM service running active profile
1) dies randomly with event ID 7031
2) had account issue solved by running service as local system and service option domainadministrator
Hostmonitor2 - W2K server HM V 3.44 - secondary - monitors primary - activates HM script load hml if primary fails ( service won't start )
1) creates event IDs 7022 - perflib problem ( will try reinstall of PCAnywhere as suggested )
2) when HM1 fails and HM2 tries to load profile via HM script - HM stops with DrWatson popup - will send log in email
Is there anything else that you need?
