Backup of Host Monitor

I am new in the world of Host Monitor and at the moment I am using version 3.40.
I reinstalled my machine and thought it is enough to keep the HML file, but now all my actions and schedules are gone.
What else did I lose and how can I back them up and restore them next time. - Planing to move it to a proper server.
