First of all, HostMon is great piece of software.

There is only one feature I preferred in HealthMonitor from Microsoft. I was able to define all e-mail and SMS contacts in one place and then use these objects in my action profiles.

When the contact was out of office for a long time or was simply off duty, I was able to deactivate this contact with one mouse button click and disable it for all action profiles it was defined for.

Of course I am able to bypass it. I defined special Exchange distribution groups which contain all appropriate members and used this group email address in Action Profile To: field.

Unfortunately it is not in one place and there is a dependency on Exchange server for our SMS alerts too.

Regards,

Radek

rdol,
I added your request into my "to do" list, but it will not be implemented soon. May be in version 4.0
