Active RMA some stations doesnt conect

Sitation is next
we using active RMA to monitor PC's.
we have copy one ini file for all RMA's only changing agentName=<Agent name>

80% rma connected but we have 5 pc that doesn't connect.
In Host monitor error log there is nothing

RMA installed as a service

In RMA it shows rejected. In log of RMA

[25.11.2008 17:58] 21 Connection error. Получен недопустимый аргумент.

It is russian text. It sais that "Received inadmissible argument / statement"

we use 6000 port to connect to Host monitor on all stations and it is open
Number of simultanious tests at a time =4.

Probably its equal to "An invalid argument was supplied" error (English Windows).
Then there is some winsock problem. Probably caused by some 3rd party software.
Could you execute "netsh winsock reset" and reboot the system?
