Hello,
We are using hostmonitor with version 6.80 and we have a big trouble. Hostmonitor is being shutdown every 5 minutes. We couldnt find anuy clue to fix that even we have changed the server and installed hostmonitor again with old tests.
We thought it is because of a test defined lately. And we restored the test lists from last week. But the problem still goes on.
Could you please help us very soon. We can't monitor our systems anymore.

What Windows do you use? Service Pack?
Do you use ODBC logging or ODBC query test method? If yes, what ODBC driver do you use?
Do you have installed some antivirus monitors, personal firewall, content monitoring software? Non stanard winsock components?
Sometimes bugs in antivirus monitors or ODBC drivers may crash HostMonitor.

Could you try to disable antivirus monitor and ODBC logging, ODBC Query test?
Also there was a bug in this version. If you are using several HTTP tests, this could lead to crash. In such case you may replace HTTP tests with URL tests.
6.80 is very old version of the software. Latest vertsion 8.80.

Alex
