More options for Dashboard

Post by MirkoW »

Hello,

there are such options to split the Dashboard-view?

I have over 73 folders and cant see all folters on my screen. i have already decreased the fontsize but it is not small enough.

i need a option to split the view into 2 websites for example 2 dashbvoards with different contents that i can choose.

for example the first 40 folders for dashboard 1 and the last 40 folders for dashboard 2.

More options for Dashboard

You may just open Web Interface in two browsers: first browser leave as is, second scroll down to see rest of test items, that are not shown in first one. You will get Dashboard-view splitted in 2 (or several) parts.

P.S. Internet Explorer will scroll web page (Dashboard-view) to top every time it refresh page, so we recommend to use another browser for that (e.g. Mozilla Firefox)

hi,

iv'e startet IE from a vb-script with auto-refresh function for example if hostmonitor-server restarted the integrated browser-refresh would bring a empty site.

it is able to implement this split-feature?

Its relatively easy to implement option that will show you dashboard for some specific folder and its subfolders (not a folder and other folders from the same level).
Will this work for you?

Yes, but you said you cannot see all folders on one screen, so I think you may move some folders into existing (or new) parent folder and use this parent folder to display some folders on another screen.
Actually you can do this without any additional options, you may use "Home folder" option and different user accounts for login: http://www.ks-soft.net/hostmon.eng/mfra ... homefolder
