Win Server 2008 - Hostmonitor Service stuck

Win Server 2008 - Hostmonitor Service stuck

Hello ! I recently upgraded Hostmonitor from version 8.68 to 8.82.
HM running as service on Windows-Server 2008 - Users connect with RCC.
Now for the 2nd time within a few days all checks seemed to stop. We did not stop monitoring with the function in the menu. Also in the menu Monitoring there is only "Start monitoring" greyed out - so everything seems ok. Hostmonitor-Service ist running normal on the server and no errors in eventlog. When i refresh a check the recurrencies-counter does not increase - this is the first thing we experience. The we check "Last test time" and see that the checks indeed do not happen because Last test time for all checks is about 1 hour in the past.

Any hints what could cause that problem ? With Version 8.6x we never hat this Problem and that version was also already running on Server 2008.

May be license related issue...
Could you please send request to support@ks-soft.net and provide your registration name and/or order number?

Is there any error message in HostMonitor system log file or NT Event Log (Application log)?

Thanks for the quick reaction !

No error-message in syslog.htm -> just no data between 07:01 and 08:11 - thats excatly the time hostmonitor was stuck.

No errors in application eventlog.

currently i have 459 agents configured in RAM-Manager.
License is for 610 agents.
