Report run from Root Folder doesn't show certain subfolders

Post by sgauthier41 »

Hello !

I have HTML reports programmed to run at certain intervals. The problem I have is that my main report run from Root does not include certain subfolders, like they do not exist at all.

Can you help me with this ?

Thanks !

What exactly option do you use? "Generate reports" action? Options located on Reports page in Options dialog? Some other?

Please check folder settings (settings located on Reports page in Folder Propertied dialog). Did you set "Use folders own report settings" mode for these folders?

Yes, 'Use folder's own report settings' is selected

You may use reports from Options dialog (menu Options->Reports). They will include all Folders, including that that use option "Use folder's own report settings".
