ShellScript Reply get error but Try do work

Hi,

i've want to check the Windows Cluster Master and used an old written script that do work.

I've copied this script to monitor a new Windows-Cluster but i receive follor errormessage:

C:\DOCUME~1\rw#F029\LOCALS~1\Temp\TMP-40~1.BAT(16, 1) Microsoft VBScript runtime error: The remote server machine does not exist or is unavailable)

But if i try this script in Script-Manager with the same params and the same Host-Agent so it to work. the remote server machine is available

Whats wrong?

i use HM 8.8.6

As I understand, you are using RMA agent to perform ShellScript test ?
Looks like server, where RMA agent runs, have no access to remote server, that should be checked by Script,
while HostMonitor's machine can connect to that server.

You should check user account access rights for user under wich RMA agent is started.

Hi,

I have a guess but i don't know if this is the reason.

If i try it under Win 7 with RCC and WSH 5.8, so it works but this try do not work under windows 2003 with WSH 5.7. I try to use HM under WIN 2008 R2.

Does HM work under Win 2008 R2 x64 ?
