It always seems that everything's going on well with HM, and then suddenly the cpu utilization raises up to 100%. Even if we disable all the monitoring tests, the problem still exists. However, the "Auditing Tool" shows that there is no problem dectected at the moment. And the only thing we could do to resolve the issue is to kill HM process.
Since this fatal problem happens too frequently, at least once a day, it has already brought us a lot of troubles. We have checked the log after the issue occurs, but unfortunately it doesn't help.
Here's some information:
SERVER: Windows Server 2003 R2 Service Pack 2
HM version 8.86
ODBC Driver: OraClient 10g_home1
Test: ping, SNMP, ODBC, External tests(including some vbscripts)
