That's the location of the file where it gets updated every minute. Is that related to the webservice program? We ran the program which is located in "C:\Program Files (x86)\HostMonitor\WebService\webservice.exe" and went to options>advanced then unchecked the "refresh content every __ sec" option. Still, it did not work. Any ideas of what is causing the file to update every minute?
Our software does not use such file.
Unless you setup some custom configuration using this file. Then you should tell us what this file for. report? some log file? custom header?
I made a copy of the custom report we made, then deleted the first one and the constant update just stopped. We still don't know what is causing the report to update every minute though. Anyway, thank you for your help guys.
If this is really HTML report (not some HTML log), then check the following settings:
- Reports page in Options dialog
- Scheduler page in Options dialog
- all Folders (Folder Properties dialog)
