As I understand correctly, under SNMP-Alerts you mean SNMP Get test items with Bad or Unknown status ?when some SNMP-Alerts are exists, the webservice dashboard will display this alerts nonstop
Could you please explain what do you mean "webservice dashboard will display this alerts nonstop" ?
Do you mean when some folder have "Bad" SNMP Get test items, dashboard shows it in "Red" even after test gets "Ok" status ?
Hi,
i try to explain it:
i use some SNMP-Trap Tests to receive SNMP-Alerts from some Components.
in HM and RCC Clients this alerts will be "RED" for few seconds. (Good message filter is set to "Timeout 5 sec")
But the Dashboard will shows the SNMP-Trap Test alets in red for a long time (e.g. 5 hours), until i restart the webservice. this issue was not in other versions before 9.10

Could you send hostmon.ini, webservice.ini and exported test settings (or better entire HML file with tests) to us?
