All questions related to installations, configurations and maintenance of Advanced Host Monitor (including additional tools such as RMA for Windows, RMA Manager, Web Servie, RCC).
we want to update our KS Hostmonitor to the current verison 9.10 but in the window which is checking for new updates I got the message:
"License check... registration code is not valid for version 9.10
If you own LifeTime license, please send request to sales@ks-soft.net"
We have a LifeTime license and I have send some mails to sales@ks-soft.net, support@ks-soft.net and admin@ks-soft.net. But I get no answers on my mails!
I tried to contact someone from KS Hostmonitor since 17th January 2012.
Have you used the same e-mail address specified in your profile?
We cannot find any letters from you since 2010 while our spam filters set to low filtering mode, usually our server accept spam but does not reject any customer letters
May be there is some problem with your mail server?

Anyway, we just sent you new registration codes.

Alex
With respect, we have a very similar problem, except ours is that our establishment's registration is blacklisted, and we cannot install your software onto our system.
We too have sent emails to your company (as advised form within your software at the time we are notified of the blacklisting) and received absolutely no response.
A colleague has posted in http://www.ks-soft.net/cgi-bin/phpBB/vi ... php?t=6865 to try and get some sort of response as we have heard nothing via any other channels. Thus far, wholly unimpressed with the support (or rather lack of support).
And, no, there's nothing wrong with our mail server...
I am sorry but how can we help you if you do not provide any information about yourself?
Please provide your e-mail address or company name or registration name.
BTW: We respond to all requests within 24 hours.
Yes, sometime mail can be lost, can be removed by your or our spam filter. We use "low" security settings for our spam filter but we cannot turn it off completely, too much spam.
However its easy to fix, you just should tell us who are you and we can add your e-mail address into "white list". That's why we have this forum - for backup.

Well, once you respond to us, "we" can tell you who we are. That's the easy part -
the hard part has been getting a response in the first place
Still, c'est la vie. I see dialogue is now in progress, even if it is a shock to us to see the reason why the licence was cancelled. Internal investigations will now undoubtedly take place. My colleague will no doubt get it resolved in due course.
