License no longer valid

Post by Kris »

Hi,

I just updated from 9.56b to 9.58.
Now my license isn't working anymore.

It says:
"Sorry, your license is only valid for an older version of HosMonitor.
To use this latest version of the software you must upgrade your license.
etc...."

Now what?

Normally HostMonitor should check your registration codes and warn you when you need new codes BEFORE actual update, unless you have disabled "Update check" option that is located on Misc page in the Options dialog. In such case you may use menu "Help"->"Update check" to verify license before update.

If you ordered LifeTime Updates, please send request to sales@ks-soft.net.
Otherwise you may downgrade software or purchase update

Looks like you are trying to apply old registration codes isued in 2010, these codes not valid for version 9.
Please use registration codes issued in June 2012 (when you ordered license update). In case you lost registration information, we just sent you a copy of your registration codes.

Alex
