when i set a monitor on a Windows 2008, get an "error:access is denied".
it's use WMI method, SNMP will get a message:Timeout.
i was reboot the target server, but other monitor:[CPU],[PING] and [Disk] are all works fine.
Could you provide some idea to help me?

You don't know how to use Connection Manager?i don't how to use it. just add a memory monitor.

What account do you use to run service? We recommend to use built-in administrator account, especially if UAC is enabledas service
How to check Windows Services?could you tell how to check?
There are many options. E.g.
- use command line "sc query snmp"
- use Windows mmc application
- use command "start services.msc"
