monitor specific process

is it possible we can monitor which process is taking higher CPU or RAM with in specified amount of time?

There is special test for this Dominant process test:

thnx. access is denied error while creating a new target host..

i go through the help section for troubleshooting but the link specified under "other useful links" is not working

Have you setup account for target host using Connection Manager or "Connect as" test property?
Target system and HostMonitor (or RMA if you are using agent to perform the test) located in the same doamin?
