External program test gives status not tested

Hi,

We entered a test that runs an external program (executable), but the test shows "Not tested" even after manually refresh it.

- Hostmonitor v. 9.58
- RMA v.4.62
- OS of machine that is running RMA: W2008R2 Enterprise SP1
- All other tests with the RMA on that machine run fine, except the Eternal Program tests.

What we checked so far:

- We can run the program manually on the RMA machine
- "External" is enabled in the RMA config
- The RMA account is local admin of the machine
- The RMA account is added to "Replace a process level token" Local Security Policy
- RMA log shows no errors
- Hostmonitor log shows no errors
- Eventlog on the RMA machine also shows no errors

Can you help us with this one?

Looks like somebody stopped monitoring.
Please press "Start" button on top panel.

Thanks for the quick response!

I'm feeling quite stupid right now, but indeed the monitoring was stopped (never noticed this functionality in the past ...).

Sometimes it happens...
Please note, you may remove "start/stop monitoring" permission for some accounts using menu User->Operators.
