error 301 Access denied

error 301 Access denied

Hello!
Getting error 301 Access denied and error: 301 cannot retrieve information.
I´m pretty sure both errors have the same cause.
The Agent I am using for this network has to monitor 3 servers.
2 work fine, only one does not work.
Those 3 Servers are in the same workgroup.
I searched the forum and found others with the same issue but no answer that solves my problem. I hope you guys can help me out.

Everything is pingable, the ip address is correct... i think it´s some preference on the target server. It runs Windows Server 2012R2

Yes, Windows 2012 and Windows 10 has some problems with workgroups.
In our network we fixed such problems by adding servers into domain; then everything works fine even if you remove system from domain.

I assume you have specified accounts for target systems using HostMonitor Connection Manager (menu Profiles)?
Any errors in security event log on target system?
