URL Request check is permantently bad

Hi,

I have strange problem. We are using the URL test with check content to verify if our webservices are alive and the sites will be delivered correctly.
I have now one webserver where the KS Hostmonitor give a permanently alert because it not possible to check the content.
The url and the content what we are checking is existing.
It makes no differents if the KS Hostmon server or a RMA agent is running the test. The result is still the same. When I change the URL to a server which is delivering the same content, then the test is working correctly.
The server which make trouble is running Windows 2012 R2, IIS, lucee tomcat. The content will be deliverd over the tomcat.
I don't want to post the URLs in the forum. When you give a mail address then I can send it to you directly.

The KS Hostmonitor is running in version 9.90.

Can you help me with this problem?
