I really don't want to return the product I am quite happy with it except for this one issue. I would hope that we could continue working to get this issue resolved. Is there anything else that I should be looking at that we didnt already cover?

I uploaded test program at www.ks-soft.net/download/ptest.exe
Its command line utility. Could you start it (e.g. ptest.exe \\127.0.0.1) and post result?

According to log - application can connect to performance pseudo-registry, error appears when program reads counters.
Could you start new version of the utility? www.ks-soft.net/download/ptest.exe
It should provide a little more information...

It looks like you started old version of the program. Probably your browser or proxy server got cached file...
If you send e-mail to support@ks-soft.net, I send utility by mail. Or simply clear cache

Are you sure perfproc.dll is working on your system?
Microsoft provides "Extensible Counter List" utility: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/deta ... laylang=en
Could you check status of perfproc.dll?

Alex
After numerous searches on the internet, I think that I found the solution. I copied the following files from oneof my other servers to the srver that is giving me issues with monitoring processes. I copied perfc009.dat and perfh009.dat to the system32 directory. I went into Host Monitor and created a test that monitors a process and low and behold it worked!

Thanks so much for your never ending support

Don!

I am glad it works :)
Do you know what was wrong with these files? Corrupted? Or some bug in Windows 2003?

I am Not sure what the issue was, but the date of the files were out of sync when I compared them to the same files on other severs. This is a Windows 2000 machine, maybe a service pack or update screwed theses files and didnt get updated correctly?? Who knows, I am just happy its working ! :P

Again Much thanks for your assistance
