Upgrade 3.22 to 3.56

Should I be aware of anything regarding upgrading from 3.22 to 3.56 , do I just stop the serice and run the program?

I don't see a problem. Download new version, stop service, start installation program (new one), and click "Update" button. The program will overwrite executable modules, documentation, etc, but will keep all your previous settings. Important: do not use "Install" button, in this case installation program will overwrite all files and you will lose your settings.
