Rename a testfolder not possible?

Hi

In my test tree there are some spelling bug and some folder must be renamed to capital letter.
Ex.
"test folder" must be changed to Test Folder" but it is not possible because HM say the directory already exist, and a rename it not possible?
Is this a bug?

How to rename not capital letter to capital?

Some hints.

Hm. Looks like you have to perform two consecutive rename procedure. Fore the first time, you should rename folder (right click on particular folder -> "Rename") to some dumb value, e.g. "test folder dumb". After that you should rename this "test folder dumb" into "Test Folder". It works.
