SNMP Get Timeout

I'm running HostMonitor 6.80 and I'm trying to do an SNMP Get on a single instance OID: 1.3.6.1.4.1.12394.1.1.10.7.0. (I've appended the .0) When I do the Get value through the Test properties I receive a Timeout. When I do it through the MIB Browser it works. I've read the posts that say that the MIB Browser uses a different interface to retrieve the data. Any idea as to why I'm getting a timeout? Thanks for your help.

Could you please use MIB Browser to check what OID (not only value) is returned by SNMP agent?
Can we access your device?

Correct OID...
H'm, do you use correct port, community name for the test?
Can we access your device?

I'm afraid you cannot have access as this is on a private VPN. How could the port be incorrect if it is working through the MIB Browser?

MIB Browser and HostMonitor - 2 different applications. You may easily specify different ports, IP address, community strings. I do not see what exactly are you doing so I have to ask.

Sorry, without access to the device we cannot provide much help

You may try to use sniffer to check what is going on. Also you may send some screen shots (test settings, etc) to support@ks-soft.net, may be we can find some mistake.

BTW: Latest version of the software: 8.01
