We have recently upgraded to version Hostmon 9.40. This was last month and it has been running fine up until this week.
When we open Hostmon as an application so that we can make changes, it goes through the usual steps of self test, app init..., system check etc but which are all fine and get green ticks.
However, 'Init winsock' appears in red and we get the warning message 'Warning: Internet connection not detected'.
The main problem with this is that when we have the Hostmon application open, all of our URL checks that we have become disconnected. As soon as we close down the application and restart the hostmon service they come back to life.
We have allowed the hostmon.exe process through our servers firewall.
Any help would be much appreciated.
