the reply is too large

i'm using HM 9.4/9.9 in LAN now
os: windows2008 r2
the reply of ping other servers is 200ms.
but, i run "ping XXXX " directly in OS CLI, the respond time is 0ms.

and ,
i change OS to win2003 , reply is OK, the value is 0ms.

is there some compatibility problems between HM and windows 2008 r2?

ping.exe command line utility?
We cannot reproduce the problem.
May be some side effect caused by antivirus or firewall?

HostMonitor 10.06 uses high frequency timer for Ping test.
Can you try this version?

ping XX.XX.XX.XX -t in WINDOWS2008.
